5 amazing Canadian winter festivals that celebrate French culture

Did you know that there are many communities in Canada that celebrate French-Canadian culture each year with an exciting winter festival?

Many of our students can relate to attending a festival or carnival with their families. However, they may not have attended an event that specifically celebrates French culture and traditions in Canada! This is an interesting and engaging topic for many students learning the French language. It makes a great research project that appeals to junior and intermediate level students!
